Who you buy from

Oxytane fuel treatment is sold through this app by Oxytane Africa Investment Limited. Buying in the app, and using the app at all, is agreeing to what follows.

You must be 18 or older to buy.

Prices

Prices are in naira. The price on a bottle size is the price of the order: nothing is added at checkout.

Payment is taken by Paystack when you place the order. An order is not an order until that payment has gone through.

Collection, not delivery

Oxytane bought in this app is collected in person. You choose a state when you pay, and the order is honoured at an NNPC or affiliated station in the state you chose. The map in the app lists the counters.

Your pickup code

Paying issues one code against the order. It identifies the order at a counter: it is not a ticket that entitles whoever is holding it to a bottle. At the counter you read the code out, and the last four digits of your phone number with it.

A code is used once. Once an order is handed over, its code is spent.

If you do not collect

A code stops working ninety days after it is issued. What you paid for is still yours: ask us for a fresh code and one is issued against the same order.

The clock is on the code and never on the bottle. Nothing you have paid for is taken back by time passing.

Litres back

Every order earns litres back at 5% of what the bottles you bought treat. Litres back are spent on Oxytane in this app and are not money: they cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or spent anywhere else. They do not expire.

A referral pays both people once the referred order has been collected, and pays once. We can withhold litres back on an order that was refunded, or where a referral was manufactured rather than made.

What the product claims

Oxytane is sold on the figures this app publishes — up to 30% fuel savings, and the per-use figures shown beside them. What a particular engine saves depends on the engine, its condition and how it is driven, and no figure in the app is a guarantee of a result.

Use the dose the app states: 10 ml treats 50 litres.

Your account

Your phone number is your account, and the code we text you is what proves it is you. Keep both to yourself. An order paid from your account and collected with its code is treated as yours.

Tell us at info@oxytane.ng if you lose the number or believe someone else has used your account.

When we can refuse an order

We can refuse or cancel an order and return the money — a payment that cannot be reconciled, a code we have reason to believe was taken, a referral that was manufactured, or an order placed for resale.

The law, and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

When they change, the date at the top of this document changes. The terms that apply to an order are the ones in force when you paid for it.
